Founded in 2009 by Zahid Masood, Z Consulting Group provides consulting services to government sector agencies, healthcare organizations, non-profits, and private sector clients. Z Consulting Group is an independent professional services firm built on the principle of delivering unbiased analysis and solutions for its clients. Our firm specializes in proven processes across telecommunications, networks, and IT, including activity-based cost analysis, rate benchmarking and funding methodologies, as well as competitive acquisition strategies, strategic contract negotiations, and implementation support. A key focus of our work is partnering with California counties on critical infrastructure initiatives, including audio/visual projects, jail and correctional facility systems, and microwave radio networks that support public safety communications.

His background includes design analysis; management and implementation of data, video, and voice systems; VoIP initiatives with alternative designs; contract negotiations; design management and deployment strategies.

Matthew Bertram is a consultant and an analyst working with Z Consulting Group. Mr. Bertram's experience with government sector projects includes bid development, Centrex replacement, and assessments of physical security and video surveillance systems. Mr. Bertram also leads telecom system replacement projects for many of our legal environment clients.

Ken Krupp is an independent consultant and a senior auditor working with Z Consulting Group. Mr. Krupp in an expert auditor in analyzing carrier bills and provides auditing services to clients for telecom expense management. He has led the efforts to streamline worldwide telecommunications and wireless services for a number of global corporations, including Matsushita (Panasonic) Electronics, Real Networks, HP, and IBM.
